What other youtube app lets you choose the video quality?

After the last update of jasmine 1080p videos don't look HD, in the announcement it says his working on it but that was a while back

Is there another youtube app that let's you choose between video quality?



I also use mctube but the only option is "HD"

I want to be able to choose between standard , 720p & 1080p
