Always show artwork iTunes 11

In iTunes 10 there was a function under View -> Always show artwork. This would always show the artwork for each individual song. I can't find this option in itunes 11. Has this been removed, or is it just hidden somewhere else?

Forgive me for borrowing this thread, but I'd like to ask if there's a way to make iTunes display artwork in the sidebar as it used to?

I've enabled the sidebar but can't seem to get the artwork to appear on the left there.
