Windows 7 to Windows 8 MBP 2008

Ok, I have a 2008 Unibody MacBook Pro running ONLY Windows 7. First, does anyone have Windows 8 successfully running on the same MBP? Secondly, How can I get the Boot Camp files without installing OSX?

You will get the Boot Camp files from the internet, there are lots of sites providing free downloads.
