Windows Lag Issue playing MMOs on 09 MacBook Pro

Having an annoying problem playing MMOs such as Star Wars the old republic on my 09 MacBook Pro. I have it boot camped with windows 64bit to play the game. I have it upgraded from 2gb to 8gb it's the model with the GeForce 9400m and 2.26ghz. When I log into the game it plays fine for a few seconds then the fps plummets tremendously to like 1-9 for about 7-15 minutes then it goes away and runs fine. I have been searching the swtor forums with no luck so here I am. Thanks.
