QQ on iPhone + iPad

Does anyone here use QQ app on both iPhone and iPad at the same time?

I have been trying to figure out how to allow both apps to push notifications at the same time.

When QQ is logged into both devices, and a friend sends messages to my QQ, only my QQ on iPad works, and my QQ on iPhone does not work.

Can any kind soul help?
 
Sorry. I have no tips about QQ on iPhone + iPad because I have no any iPhone or iPad but I am very much interested about to buy iPhone and iPad. Because these are great modern invention. I want to get this benefit.
