Is it possible to buy Skype Credit through an in-app purchase?

I want to buy Skype Credit through the iTunes Store. The link here says such an option is there, but I can't do it on my iPhone/iPad:

Apparently not. I just talked to one of their customer service representatives and she said no. Sucks that their iTunes page says it's possible, though.
