New Orange UK (EE) carrier settings - any problems?

My iPhone prompted me to ask if I wanted to update the carrier settings on my phone and I clicked OK. The update finished but now I cannot seem to send texts. I have the iPhone 42 and the carrier settings is 'EE 13.2'. I was just wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same problem and whether they know of a workaround. 😕

Toggle Airplane mode, and if that doesn't work, Reset Network Settings

I got this update today on Orange FR. I haven't done it yet, I'm a bit worried it going to break my unlocked phone.
