Transmission Automation

I'm looking to fully automize transmission.

I have it set up so transmission looks at my download folder to see if new downloads are added.

Once it finds new downloads I get a dialog box that I have to select OK. How do I get rid of the dialog box?

Also how do I set it up so that transmission determines what file type I am downloading so it can be placed in the appropriate folder for import/conversion?

Awesome thanks alot the second issue seems to have been resolved. I'll have to download different format files to see how it works out.
