I have never played games, and want to give x-Plane 9 a try. I know it is the older version, but I am concerned about my computers ability to run such a sophisticated game.

My 2007 MBP has:

Processor: 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory:256 DDR hard drive 3 GB Ram

Graphics: ATI Radeon X1600 128 MB

I am running running Lion 10.7.5

Please let me know is I can run x-Plane 9 and if not, what would I need to do to upgrade my computer to allow me to do it?

Thanks in advance

Check the hardware forum at x-plane.org

Bottom line: Except at very low settings, not gonna happen, and version 10 probably won't even load. Best advice, get a new FAST computer.
