Any way to quickly delete pics/videos from texts?

I'm pretty sure my two gigs of "other" space are from photo and video texts. Is there any quicker way to clear that out other than scrolling through all the texts? I don't want to indiscriminately delete whole text threads either.

I manually removed older media files in the SMS directory with a shell script.
