trackpad playing havoc in pages....

.....for some reason when im using pages my track pad plays havoc with the software...I move the curser and it drags text box's...drags pictures...highights itmes when I haven't asked it to..its doing my head in...is it the trackpad or the software thats buggy...anyone had this issue ?

Hmmm. Are you using a 15" or 17" MacBook Pro, late 2008 or mid 2009? If so, have you been using Air Display by any chance? What you're describing sounds very much like a known issue:
