iPhone 5 update 6.0.2 question

I just updated my Verizon iphone 5 to 6.0.2 ive noticed i have arrows spinning in a circle for a while now. What does this indicator mean?

If you mean your screen is completely black with arrows spinning in the middle of it, it just means your phone is updating. (It turns off, resets, and turns back on.)

That's one reason you're advised to plug into power while upgrading; it can take a while.
