Resolved 'print to' feature isn't working/ can't send pdfs to other apps

The 'print to' function isn't working for me, so I can't send pdf files to other apps by way of the print menu. I get the error message

"Saving a PDF file when printing is not supported. Instead, choose File > Save".

However, 'save as' does not allow me to send the pdf file to another application.

Does anyone know how to fix this? 😕

Go to your System preferences-> and right click your printer setup and select "Reset Printing System". Then re-add your printer model with the current printer drivers.
