Lets Apple TV use any iPhone as remote

Is their a way to let any iPhone on the same network to use the remote app on the Apple TV? Kind of annoying to have to set it up and share, etc.
 
Question unclear.

If u are accessing the iTune's library of course u have to share. Else re-state question.
