iPod touch iPod 2G AirPlay for Apple TV only plays sound not video

I have an iPod Touch 2G and Apple TV 3rd Generation.

iPod is on iOS 4.2.1 so AirPlay is available. I select Apple TV when playing video but it only plays sound, not the video?

I don't have any problem via iPad 2. They are both AirPlaying from the same application.
