S.B.G Moderator emeritus Jan 29, 2013 #3 It's working fine for me on both my ATV2 and ATV3. Have you tried restarting it to see if things improve? If that doesn't work, you may need to restore it with a micro-USB cable and iTunes on your Mac or PC.
