VPN settings instead of APN settings.

My I phone3 has VPN settings instead of APN settings. How do I change this? I use $50/unlimited card a month and I cannot set the data up. HELP!

VPN is not at all related to APN. The APN settings I believe were under Settings > General > Cellular (or Network). It varies depending on the OS you have installed.
