Please help me change a store without credit card!

Is there any way that I can log to apps store without putting any credit card. I'm in Qatar and there are apps that are not available in Qatar store. But whenever I change store like US it keeps on asking me credit card Infos. I read a thread but it needs to be sync to Mac PC unfortunately I only have iPhone. Please help me. I will appreciate it. Thanks
