iOS Remote App - Keyboard Input not working

So one of the main features of using the iOS Remote app is the ability to enter text via the keyboard...

Well for whatever reason, I cannot seem to do that anymore with my Apple TV 2 and the newest version of the iOS App. Any suggestions?

Did you also update your TV? There was an update released for that at about the same time. I think the updates go together. People who updated their TV but not the remote app were having troubles, could also work (or not work) the other way around too.
