Flash player box keeps up.

Hi people,

I got a little weird problem.

A flash player box keep coming on my screen while the mac is on.
You can close it but then in a couple hours it will come back.

I have attached a screen shot of it to give you an example.

Any help would be great.

I got a mac book pro 2011. With Mountain loin.

Delete and reinstall it.

Go to Flash Player in system preferences. Is Adobe merely notifying you of an update?

Maybe uninstall and install back again?
