Ipad 2 is quick to charge compare to 3 or 4.
Mine took around 3-4 hours from 25% to full charge with 10w charger so maybe yours start to wear out? how long have you been with your ipad?

That sounds about right, presuming the charger is plugged into an electrical outlet.
