27" 2012 iMac HDD and Fan issues

When I got it my iMac was fine no noises at all. Completely silent. Now my iMac makes a grumbling noise sounds like HDD and also the fans are running constantly now.

I am going to ring up Apple support today but I just thought I would ask around here for some help and advice first.

Finished speaking to Apple and they said to take into store any advice before I do?

Duff-Man says...as always...make sure you have a good backup before taking it in, just in case.....oh yeah!
