iPad Smart case problem

So. I picked up a smart case last weekend and I noticed that the middle of it, where the cover flops over, isn't too durable. It barely stays on the ipad as apose to the rest of the case.


Did I get a faulty one? Or are they all like this.

Also, did anyone's have this odd perfumeish smell?

Most all are like this, mine (grey) kinda does this too, it doesn't bother me though, not enough to return it. My wifes (pink) doesn't do it at all.
Its hit and miss. Its highly recommended taking your ipad to the apple store and grab like five cases and try them all if you insist on a apple case.
