I've been doing that for quite some time. It's a great way to keep from being annoyed by the ringer.

What a great idea. Just started my list. I hate the fact that I never had any spam callers (because I am very carful with my number)until O2 had a security issue that meant websites I was on could see my number.

i've been doing this for years, back on my nokia 8310 the default ringtone was non, you had to be given a ring tone so even withhelds etc didnt ring 🙂

In that regard, please, those of you who have a list of known spammer telephone numbers will post such numbers so the rest of us can help eliminate these cretins.

And maybe someday, a clever chap (or chapette) will maintain a current Contact Card with this (regularly consolidated/updated) info and link it for sharing--downloading & importing. Shareware???
