Hello, I was thinking of buying a used iPad 2 16GB with 3G,can you guys give me an idea what should be the ideal price-I looked up at refurb prices but they arent showing up on Apple.ca,so any idea what should I pay for a good condition iPad.

And secondly,if I bought it unlocked,the 3G will work on any sim right ? Just like a factory unlocked iPhone works ?

The 3G iPad 2s sold in Canada were unlocked. You could use the SIM from the carrier of your choice.

Thanks,any idea if 400$ for a mint is a good choice ? Refurb from apple is 449$.

Still not a great price. No retina, no LTE. $250-275 I could see. Technology deprication is not linear but inverse. $100 off for used is a pretty bad deal.
