So I finally received my 240gb toshiba hard drive for my 80gb video and got it opened and everything and I reached the point where I see that the new hard drive has no connector to the ipod. How am I supposed to do it ? :(
It's frustrating because I had my ipod dead for almost 2 months already..
Is there a way to attach an ipod connector to it from the old drive or I have a useless brand new hdd now ?

Ok so I got it working.
I didn't know you can simply remove the connector from the old HDD, you just do that and then be careful the close both ends of the connector on the new hard drive when you put it back in the iPod

I've got my 240gb ipod up and running and syncing as we speak.
