I have an iPad 4 and I am trying to bypass the Activation Error. For us iPad users, we don't have the emergency call option and the continue function is not working for me. Help me please?

You'll have to DFU restore to iOS 6.

Why is that? I was on iOS 6.1.3 last and how do I DFU it properly? Just hold down the buttons and restore it with iOS 6 and then upgrade to iOS 7 again?

If you're registered you can just clean install, it works without a hiccup.
