Not at the beach...
I thought that Apple discontinued the iBook.
But if you go to the Education store, it's still there.
Is this a mistake?

I doubt it. I suspect it's in place to allow some of the iBook-centric schools (and districts) to have their students buy into the loop w/out creating new support overhead for the MacBook.

Makes sense to me. :)

I guess that kinda makes sense....
But for $100 more you could get a MacBook with a way faster processor, iSight, remote, bigger screen and a bigger hard drive. Thats all worth $100 to me.

So it's probable something similar to what you said.
I just noticed it today, have they always been there?
