Maybe I'm not getting something, but the only thing that I got from that vid is that the guy calling is a real jerk. What is he trying to prove? That a lower level Microsoft employee said something that is more or less general knowledge? I can understand if you're really buying a computer and really don't know, but come on. Leave Holly alone...🙁
