Airport Extreme Firmware problem

Has anyone had any problems updating the firmware on the new base stations? If I try it with my PowerMac (connected via ethernet), it says it's not able to update the firmware. If I try on the iMac (wireless), it crashes the Airport Admin Utility when it begins to upload the firmware.

Anyone had these problems and know of a fix?
