MacMall vs Apple Store?

Looks like I can get a pretty good deal on MacMall for a MacBook with Parallels for $9.99 after rebate. Any reason why I shouldn't buy through MacMall or why the Apple Store would be a better choice???

Also, is 2GB ram worth the extra $$ vs 1GB ram in the MacBook?

I would go amazon. Returns aare easy and no shipping or tax. Macmall is barely this side of shady.
