I'm stuck into this, too.

That's what I get when I try to ssh myself into the Touch:

ToshY:~ papzadsl$ ssh -l root 192.168.0.35
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
d1:8b:23:b3:1d:81:18:a7:b3:d1:09:78:14:fb:27:bd.
Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /Users/papzadsl/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
Offending key in /Users/papzadsl/.ssh/known_hosts:1
RSA host key for 192.168.0.35 has changed and you have requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If this helps, in the morning I succesfully managed to complete the jailbreak — before you ask, I had to restore it since my settings icon disappeared. Maybe is it related with this error message, somehow?

Thanks in advance,

Francesco

P.s.: Sorry for my horrible english :(

Open the file in a text editor by typing "open /Users/username/.ssh/known_hosts"

Then look for the line which starts "192.168.0.35 ssh-rsa" and ends in "=="

delete that line and save the file.

Of course, if you don't use SSH/SFTP anywhere else you can just delete the entire file as you won't have any other keys in there

Thank you guys, you solved the problem!

Also, I've found another solution, right before my eyes started melting while googling :|

pico .ssh/known_hosts

from the terminal and then delete the string bonded to your touch's IP.

Again, thanks a lot... this forum is THE source of the Touchy Wisdom :D
