I'm stuck into this, too.
That's what I get when I try to ssh myself into the Touch:
ToshY:~ papzadsl$ ssh -l root 192.168.0.35

It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.

Add correct host key in /Users/papzadsl/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
Offending key in /Users/papzadsl/.ssh/known_hosts:1

Host key verification failed.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
If this helps, in the morning I succesfully managed to complete the jailbreak before you ask, I had to restore it since my settings icon disappeared. Maybe is it related with this error message, somehow?
Thanks in advance,
Francesco
P.s.: Sorry for my horrible english
