W willyu macrumors newbie Oct 12, 2007 #2 hmm... you should be able to grab it unless you still don't have access to the file directory. I would restore the iPod again which wipes out everything, and then try the TIFF again.

I iNeurox macrumors member Oct 13, 2007 #8 Isn't the guide only for Intel Macs ? If so, you're on PPC, so that's why it doesn't work.
