Hi,

I DFUed yesterday my iphone and I wanted to install some applications.
I wasn't connected to the Internet. I went to settings in
the iPhone. I was able to see that my iPhone was "reading" the
internet signal, but in order to access it, it asked me for a password.
I wrote in the password but the iPhone keept on telling me that the
iPhone is unable to join the network.

What can I do ???

Thank you very much in advance for your kind help,

igmolinav.

My password is a WEP hex, and I was having the same problem. Put a "$" in front of the passcode and it connected immediately.

Hi,

Thank you for your help, but it didn't work on my iPhone.

Weeks prior to DFUing the phone I had to write the password over, and over again, the whole time.

If someone out there kann give me a bit of help, I'll really appreciate it.

Kind regards,

igmolinav
