Airport Express/MBP 17' -> AirTunes

Hi all. I want to stream my music to my stereo through iTunes to my AirPort Express.

I suppose i don't have a clear enough understanding of how the APE works, but when i plug the APE into the wall, and the cords into the stereo, my iTunes is not detecting the APE.

There is a slowly blinking yellow light.

You have to set up the Express using Airport Utility. The light, when the Express is properly configured, will be solid green. Read the documentation that came with the Express.
