Exercise accessories for iPhone 3G?

I have an iPhone 36 with the BestSkinsEver protectors on both sides, inside a SwitchEasy Colors case.

Obviously I'll take off the SE Colors case but what are some good waist or arm bands that can fit around screen and backside BSE skin protectors?
