I'm getting the feeling that this may be slightly staged. Perhaps they were only trying to help the poor fellow with the proposal. He may have been really shy and nervous so they glued the flowers on him and held him in place so he couldn't get away. I would say that is an arranged marriage.
 
I'm not even sure the sweetheart is convinced. I can't tell if that's look of adoration on their face or one of "Get the hell down from there!" 😀
 
Perhaps it is a "what the heck is wrong with you you dumbs***" look. I guess it is only speculation. We shall never know the story.🙄
