Performed hard reset now app icons have changed

After performing a hard reset, three of my apps (none of which had any problems) are now using the icons of two other apps. Reinstalling has fixed two of them, but the third app still has the wrong app icon.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Problem Solved - ish

I repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the app until the problem went away - deleted from both computer and iPhone. Couldn't find anything on the the Apple site. There has to be an easier way.
