iPod (Audio + Video Version)

Someone please help.

I downloaded Here Comes Science (Audio + Video Version).
What I cannot figure out is why all of the video versions of the songs stay with music and not move into video.

When I play the album, it plays both version (Audio & Video).

Any suggestions?
