G4 Digital Audio installed 2nd hard drive now my USB doesn't work

I have a Digital Audio G4 with an IBM Deskstar hard drive. I am installing a 2nd Western Digital IDE hard drive. The computer is recognizing the 2nd drive, but now my USB accessories have stopped working. I have searched for a solution, but don't see anyone else having this issue. I have Mac 10.4 and I have a Quicksilver processor in my Digital Audio.

Any ideas would be greatly helpful!

Try to reset PMU first. If it will not help, try to disconnect power cable from new drive then test USB. If USB bus will work, it could mean that your PSU does not give enough power for all connected devices, or there is a problem with power management on logic board.
