Is it possible to enable voice control on ipod touch 2nd gen?

So is it possible to enable voice control on 2nd gen 8 gb ipod touch. I have already enabled multitaksing and costom wallpaper
 
There is no built in microphone on the iPod touch, to do this you would have to attach an external microphone, but i do believe it is possible with the help of aome apps

SSH is a very simple process, there is a link on this forum on how to do it. (windows)

A very simple rundown here thhough

Download "Openssh" (without quotes) through cydia onto your ipod touch.
Download Winscp onto your PC or Cyberduck onto your Mac
Run Winscp or Cyberduck and the program will ask your for a source a password and a gateway

Username: root

Access point: the IP address of your ipod, (found by going into settings -> wifi -> select the network you are connected to and it should show you, usually something along the lines of 192.168.0.2)

Password: alpine

Gateway: 22

click connect, may take a few tries, but then you will be connected to your ipod wirelessly.

I know that 3g iPod touch has voice control and I was just interested in if it is possible and how to enable voice control.
