In my opinion, Cloud Reader. It's free and handles .zip, .cbr, .cbz.

It keeps track of where you leave off, has USB file support, and handles LARGE files. I tried a 650mb cbr on it just fine. Anyone know of any others?

I think apps which can load content from websites are more interesting.
I'm using Manga Storm to load from mangafox.com and mangareader.net

Another vote for ComicGlass. It is a Japanese app, so it's set up for manga by default. Tons of viewing options.

CloudReaders is not bad for free tho, but for $1.99 you get more polish and options with CG.

Comicglass is pretty decent ...you can even set up a mediaserver for wireless in app file transfer etc...but I find it really difficult to go back to using Comicglass after using Comiczeal. ComicZeal is by far the prettiest and most polished comic/manga reader/organizer for ios. When it imports archives (cbz/cbr/zip/rar) it will extract the files and auto downsize pictures above a certain resolution though...so importing large amount of comics may take a while.
