I am having a hell of a time deciding what color phone and what color bumper I want, so I made these..... it didn't help me decide. :eek: But I figured maybe others would find them useful.

dang good work, im trying to decide between the black iphone with black bumper or black iphone with white bumper. what do u think?
 
Thanks a lot for the images, that's really helpful.

Seeing them all I realize that the white phone loses all of its appeal when it's wrapped in a bumper. The white only looks classy to me when I can see the metal edging.

If I were to get a bumper it would push me solidly into the black phone.
 
Good job; I like the black and blue but just wish the blue was a bit darker, or the the white bumper black phone

That's my same dilemma. The black on black looks awesome, but so does black on white. I just might get both black and white so I can switch it up from time to time. The only thing i'll cringe at is the price...$58 + taxes for two bumpers is a bit steep.

If you buy the phone at AT&T you can get them to throw in some cases for free if you buy AppleCare...

I really hope we can get some cheap Chinese replicas of these soon, because I can see myself wanting to get one in every color. I caaaaan't decide!!!!!
 
Thank you for posting this. I've been looking for pictures of the black iPhone with the bumpers but I couldn't find them and I'm not good with image editing. But I think I'm gonna either go with black or green with a black iPhone.

I agree how the white looks good with metal edging. I really don't like the colors around it. They should have made a light or dark gray bumper. I'll still get the white phone and assume eventually another case maker will come out with something classier.
 
This definitely solidifes my choice for black. I want a bumper, and the colorful ones look rather juvenile on the white. Black and orange, and black and green look fantastic. Thanks for the mock-up, OP!

Yeah, I'm still trying to decide on white vs. black myself. I personally think anything but white on white and black on black looks juvenile though. Carrying around a phone with a pastel-colored bumper doesn't exactly scream "adult" to me.

Why oh why didn't they do a purple one or yellow? Then the choice would of been easier for me.....

Agreed, I just think the white is more juvenile in general, I guess. I think it's beautiful, don't get me wrong, but black just suits me better.
