Where does iTunes store the iPhone update software?

OK, i found where its stored - user>name>library>itunes (thought id seen it at some point)
So this folder is taking up 670mb on my HD. No big deal i suppose... just wondering whether i can delete then without messing up itunes & iphones etc...

ive updated the iphone.
Just thinking i should leave them there - i doubt deleting them will do anything as it just seems to be a place to download them, but keep them incase i need to restore.
i suppose i can delete v1.1.4 ? and just keep v2.2 & v2.2.1.

If anyone wants to know, the location for Windows users is /Users/Name/AppData/Roaming/Apple Computer/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates
You mean:
C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes for XP users right? I'm guessing the other path is for Vista users.

It maybe Vista, or it maybe because I viewed it through Ubuntu and just copied it from the properties
