In iTunes if you right click the iPhone icon you can restore your iPhone to the previous backup. I did that once, but now I have 2 iPhone backups that I can restore, one is the most recent backup and the other is the very old backup. I'd like to delete the very old backup so I don't mix them up in the future if I need to do a backup restore again, but I don't know where they (the 2 backups) are stored.
