Iam a small graphic design / printing company and Iam looking help in finding an application to do my estimates for clients, something not too expensive and it just does estimates.

I've been using iBiz - it also keeps track of estimates, invoices, time, and payments. Plus, you can create your own templates to send out estimates and invoices.

Billings is amazing. Custom designed estimates, invoices, statements as well as pre-designed templates are available. Plus there's a built in timer and the UI design is wonderful.

Quick Books Pro does estimating. I know you asked for a program that only does estimating, but you probably need accounting software, too.
