Very impressive portfolio you have there! In fact, the website design takes a backseat to the body of work you have amassed 
I do like the home page rollovers, but the home page composite images themselves look cluttered and jammed together...especially when juxtaposed with the clean lines of your portfolio thumbnails and layout. Also the wirebound spiral "theme" is a bit cute and fails to reflect the serious professional work you have done, so I would lose it. In short, keep the home page minimal and let your portfolio speak for itself.
