After taking 4000 photos on my iPhone with geo-tagging on, I found out it's a really bad idea. When I click places tab on my photos app it lags quite a lot.

Is there anyway to remove the geo-tagged data from my photos?

I use Mac and iPhoto if this helps.

I have't tested this to know for sure if this works, but I would think that by click the X next to the assigned location in iPhoto, that it would then remove that information. I'm using iPhoto '11. This method also works if you Select All (instead of doing this individually)
