iOS XCode 3.2.5 download not downloading

I've been searching for a solution and cannot find one.

I'm trying to download the latest (3.2.5) XCode build. I'm using Snow Leopard with the latest software updates, logging in to iOS Dev Center in Safari and this link won't work. Just brings up a blank page and won't initiate the download...

Help...?!

I was having the same problem yesterday. I Emptied the Cache and deleted all cookies in Safari and then it started to work.
