Has anyone else noticed their hardware running hotter under Lion? It could just be my imagination, but it seems like my mid-2010 13" MBP is warmer than it normally is under SL. Maybe it just misses the SNOW part

Has anyone else noticed their hardware running hotter under Lion? It could just be my imagination, but it seems like my mid-2010 13" MBP is warmer than it normally is under SL. Maybe it just misses the SNOW part
+1. My 2010 15" MBP also runs hotter and uses the fans much more under Lion compared to SL. Likely due to debug code running, IMO.
In developer builds, there are a lot of tasks running in the background at random times so Apple can collect data. That's likely what's causing it.
